We are looking to grow our team with motivated, energetic, customer-focused professionals who are eager to scale a SAAS organization. This position will be responsible for a variety of aspects within our Technical Team, including pre-sales, consulting, implementation, support, content creation, and more. In addition to the current needs of the business, this role serves as a foundation for growth and gives the right individual significant upward mobility inside of our organization.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Design, build, and deliver customized solutions for our clients using Salesforce and other connected technologies
• Ensure client's overall success/value realization with project deliverables; optimize plans and resources to deliver maximum value to clients
• Understand client expectations and objectives; communicate how objectives are being met and manage expectations through weekly updates
• Facilitate onsite and remote meetings ' including weekly status, business, and technical process definition, user story and requirement definition, road-mapping and planning sessions, and other meetings as required
• Conduct business analysis to determine and document business and technical requirements
• Adhere to and promote best practices in building and maintaining all deliverables and functionality
• Lead project teams in development and execution of project plans, including management of scope, schedule, budget, and quality
• Collaborate with project, leadership, and sales teams to bring thought leadership and the full force of our platform and company to client projects
• Facilitate communication between client and project team; ensure the team is collaborating effectively and efficiently
• Identify risks and create and manage mitigation strategies
• Manage timely delivery of all project assets with team members

Required Qualifications:
• 1+ years consulting experience
• At least 1 of the following certifications:
-Salesforce Administrator
-Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant
-Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant
• Experience delivering projects in an agile/scrum environment
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications:
• 5+ years of professional experience with Salesforce configurations
• Quality control experience, including writing and delivering test scripts and supporting testing methodology
• Experience in troubleshooting and delivering high-quality customer support within the Salesforce platform
• Background in CRM process design and implementation
• Experience facilitating and delivering user training
• Experience with Architecture, Engineering, and Construction firms
