JOB SUMMARY:
Professionally install various graphics with efficiency and attention to detail, while adhering to TPM's high standards of quality and customer satisfaction. TPM Color Lab partners with faith based organizations , colleges & universities, Fortune 500 companies, and local business to help them create an atmosphere that best fits their needs through collaborative design creation, print, and installation.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for the installation of large vinyl wraps on all makes and models of vehicles including box trucks, cargo trailers, and buses
• Installing panels on standoffs, projecting hardware, and wire suspension systems
• Installing digital printed wallpaper with paste
• Installing etched film on glass conference rooms and doors
• Installing standoff lettering either stud mount or taped
• Removal of vinyl graphics and adhesive from a variety of surfaces without causing damage to the surface
• Proper knife usage to ensure precise and straight cuts to vinyl on surface, seams, windows, hinges, and door handles while maintaining company standards
• Ensure vinyl is precisely wrapped around corners, bumpers, and other edges
• Keep work area clean and tidy by sweeping, emptying trash into dumpster, and general housekeeping
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing assigned tasks and fostering company culture
• Perform other duties as assigned or required

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excellent hand/eye/foot coordination and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills and the ability to provide a high level of customer service to clients
• Ability to work independently or in a team

WORK REQUIREMENT:
• Frequent lifting; ability to lift 50 to 75 pounds
• Use 15' ladders and scaffolding
• Frequent slouching, climbing, balancing, heights, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, handling, grasping, and feeling
• Occasional sitting, pushing, pulling, and standing
• Occasional out of town projects that require overnight stay
•Valid Driver's License required
