We are growing our team with motivated, energetic, customer-focused professionals who are eager to scale a SAAS organization. TrebleHook continues to grow, and we're excited to open this new role. Our Director of Development will be responsible for managing a development team whose purpose is to deliver new features and enhancements to our TrebleHook product and maximize our internal Salesforce org and related technologies. The ideal candidate will be able to effectively organize and prioritize work to ensure that internal development resources can deliver quality solutions as well as help manage outsourced development partners and projects.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Effectively manage a team through goal planning, career development, professional development, and other commonly recognized practices.
• Prioritize user stories/tasks and manage the projects.
• Develop, document, and manage the DevOps process and infrastructure.
• Coordinate with other leaders in related functional groups such as implementation and customer support.
• Develop and publish reports to provide clarity on team performance and other KPIs.
• Participate and assist in technical design and solution architecture.
• Guide and mentor development staff to improve their skillsets.
• Function as a senior development subject matter expert in the organization.
• Gather requirements and provide architectural guidance to solve complex business problems.
• Document and maintain development standards and best practices.

Qualifications:
• Experience working with Git and deployment tools such as Gearset.
• Experience with AEC industry is a plus.
• Experience using Salesforce CLI & Visual Studio Code.
• Salesforce Development Certifications: Platform Developer I or II, or comparable experience in the Salesforce platform.
• Experience with MuleSoft or other integration tools a plus.
• Proven experience with multitasking projects, integrations, and creating a repeatable process for both.
• Comfortable working in an Agile Kanban environment.
• Experience with Apex, SOAP/REST APIs.
