Job Description:
TrebleHook is a leading technology provider specializing in CRM solutions for the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) industries. We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our growing team. The BDR will be responsible for identifying and nurturing prospects, driving lead generation, and contributing to the growth of our CRM market share in the AEC sectors. This role is an excellent entry point for career growth within TrebleHook, with potential to advance into various sales and leadership positions.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Meet and exceed lead generation and sales targets through new business development efforts.
• Qualify, nurture, and manage prospects to move them through the sales pipeline.
• Conduct outbound prospecting activities through phone calls, emails, and social media to identify potential clients.
• Manage inbound leads from TrebleHook's marketing campaigns and follow up with timely outreach.
• Maintain up-to-date records of all interactions in Salesforce CRM, ensuring proper tracking of lead activities and follow-ups.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote live and online events to potential customers.
• Communicate potential customer needs and requirements clearly to the sales team to ensure successful handoff.

Qualifications:
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent customer service, organization, and multitasking abilities.
• Prior experience in customer service, telemarketing, or sales is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and ZoomInfo is a plus.
• Comfortable with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and X for prospecting and outreach activities.
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
